Wright County Economic Development has housing programs to assist in the purchase of owner-occupied and multi-family housing, and programs to assist in rehabilitation of basic needs for single-family and multi-family housing. Note: WCED is not a primary lender - a bank must always be involved as the primary lender in a WCED project.
